Definition of Customer or User
A customer or user is defined as an individual who uses the services or places an order with Didar Eshop using the information provided in their registration form. As Didar Eshop is an online retail website, according to the Electronic Commerce Law, a customer or consumer is any individual who purchases goods or services for purposes other than trade or professional activities.
Electronic Communications
When you use Didar Eshop’s services, place an online order, or send an email to Didar Eshop, these communications are conducted electronically. If your request complies with all principles and procedures, you agree that Didar Eshop may respond electronically (via email, SMS, or other electronic services).

Any SMS sent under the name of Didar Eshop from another number is considered fraudulent and a misuse of Didar Eshop’s name. If you receive such a message, please report it to Info@didareshop.com for legal follow-up. This number is used solely to inform users about order processing status, events, or special services and cannot receive messages from users.

Didar Eshop does not have any other websites, Instagram accounts, or Telegram channels beyond those listed, and we will never contact you through other methods. Users should only use the contact details provided in the “Contact Us” section to communicate with us.
Order Registration, Processing, and Delivery
- Working days are Saturday to Thursday each week, excluding public holidays in Iran. All orders placed during working days and the first day after holidays are processed.
- Didar Eshop allows customers to place orders 24/7, 7 days a week.
- All registered orders are processed after issuing a pre-invoice. Didar Eshop strives to deliver all orders with utmost care, but reserves the right to cancel orders or refund payments if a product is out of stock, even after an order is placed. Customers may substitute an out-of-stock item with another product.
- If issues arise during final order processing (e.g., out-of-stock items or customer cancellation), payments will be refunded within 24–48 working hours.
- Didar Eshop reserves the right to halt new order registrations without prior notice, but all orders placed before such a halt will be processed and delivered.
- In case of errors in pricing or product value on the website, Didar Eshop reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment promptly. By using the site, customers acknowledge and accept this policy without claims.
- Users must complete the order form accurately and fully. Incomplete or incorrect information may prevent order tracking or delivery. Customers may provide another person’s name, address, and phone number for delivery, but the recipient must present identification if the order is prepaid.
- Due to automated order registration, issuing a new invoice or changing invoice details (e.g., from individual to corporate) is not possible. Customers needing a corporate invoice must select the “Complete Corporate Information” option and enter the organization’s details during order placement.
- Cash-on-delivery is not available; orders must be prepaid via bank transfer or online payment before shipping.
Damage During Transportation
Didar Eshop makes every effort to ensure orders arrive intact. Any damage from transportation must be reported to Didar Eshop’s after-sales service within 24 working hours of delivery. The damaged product, along with the official carrier’s report, all accessories, and the invoice, must be sent to Didar Eshop’s after-sales service.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
The Didar Eshop website may include links to other sites not controlled by Didar Eshop. We are not responsible for the content of these sites, including any further links they may contain. These links are provided for your convenience, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement or association with their operators. You agree to bear responsibility for any damage or harm from viruses or malicious files resulting from accessing or using data from linked sites.

Pricing Policy
Didar Eshop’s pricing is based on customer satisfaction and respect for consumer rights. Prices are retail, typically set by the manufacturer or supplier, or determined based on market standards for similar products. Due to the wide range of products, final prices and availability cannot be guaranteed before order placement. In rare cases of market fluctuations or pricing errors, if an order cannot be fulfilled, Didar Eshop will inform the customer promptly and cancel the order. If a product’s price decreases after an order is placed, the updated price will apply. All prices include VAT, and customers do not pay additional taxes. Packaging, shipping, and insurance costs may be calculated separately based on order conditions.
Amazing Offer Promotional Plan
The Amazing Offer plan provides a rewarding shopping experience with products offered at significant discounts for limited hours. If a product sells out early due to high demand, its status changes to “out of stock,” and ordering becomes unavailable. If a product in the Amazing Offer is already in a customer’s cart from the previous day, the promotional price applies during processing. This plan is purely promotional, and Didar Eshop has no obligation for bulk orders, though coordination may be arranged if possible. Shipping costs for Amazing Offer products are fixed per item and non-negotiable.
Representation
Didar Eshop has no sales or after-sales representatives anywhere in the country. All services, financial transactions, and offerings are processed through the central office. Please report any violations to Didar Eshop’s public relations for legal action.
Force Majeure
All terms and conditions apply under normal circumstances. Didar Eshop is not responsible for any issues arising from force majeure events.
